My local brew is rather smooth - Talisker, not the 10yr old, that's a bit rough for me, but the 18 year old is very nice, or a Glenmorangie or a Glenfiddich

I love the Islay malts, but can also be attracted to some of the speyside offerings, but only if the Springbank is running low.
