Have nothing to hide and i have even told a few forum members of a come back so really nothing to hide Matt, Richard is entitled to post what he likes but is sad after a long winded conversation of the problem which i have resolved with full money back and other options to sort the problem which he was not happy with. I would not post anything publicly if i had a problem with one of your products Matt unless the issue was not sorted. CSK Automotive

I do not wish to have this post removed, nothing to hide. It is clear i carried out the work and there is a issue, one which has been resolved but for some reason has not settled which i cant understand I have rust prevented close to over 50 vehicles now with this one exception of a unhappy customer CSK Automotive

Chris (Killer), my view of you and the way you operate is well known, if I had turned out work like that I'd deserve to be shown up

great customer service is best judged on how a company puts right its problems......
in this case I don't know what more Chris could have done. The OP may not be happy with the job done but I am not sure what more he could have expected to be done to rectify it? |

Matt funnily enough i have some trim of yours here which has come unstuck with deffects, i have not been interested to ask you to sort it as im not one to chase when there is problem, my question to you know - can you sort it for me? you have many happy customers and i have heard of a few of your mistakes now but i would never comment on a post against you, i am not interested your business is your business. But just recently every other man and his dog seem to want to know all my business whats going on at csk why can he offer it so cheap etc etc. The fact is its my business and my customers business no one elses CSK Automotive

We've had issues with our leather products, we've had dash tops that have gone baggy, we've replaced those free of charge and covered the customers expenses - what we haven't done is a shoddy job in the first place ours was a failing of the adhesive.
Time and time again it has been mentioned on here that you can't Dinitrol in 2 hours and do a good job |

Ive heard of mirrors falling off and gas struts fitted wrongly on cubby boxes
My Dinitrol never ever takes 2 hours unless on a new vehicle. I do not have time to argue with you Matt, since our last spat i have never really spoke to you or commented on your posts yet you seem so interested with what i am doing all the time. Forget it yer i do not wish to have dealings with you at all as i said i am for my own, building my own company up sourcing my own goods. Carry on with FCX it seems to be building nicely just dont have dealings with me i dont wish to CSK Automotive www.cskautomotive.co.uk Like us on Facebook - www.facebook.com/csklr Follow us on Instagram - @cskautomotive |

Surely there is a time in the year when it is not advisable to continue with this type of work due to weather and temperature conditions or is that not the case.

Seems Chris took on the wrong job here, this is clearly a very dirty truck to start with, and it is impossible to fully clean that and treat it to a first class result for £250. Same time the truck owner should have known that same thing too, so he took a first class result for granted all too easily and at too little money lay-out.
We have good experience with what is called a full Dinitrol job here in various European countries from first class service suppliers, and the cost to thoroughly Dinitrol a cleanly presented truck would already be at least 2x the price paid in this case. Then a dirty truck would require more money and time to thoroughly prepare for the job. Both parties have gone into this too lightly I think. Eric You never actually own a Defender.
