Thanks for heads up disccuzzy one to stear clear of.
McS I will be in touch when it nears the top of the list. Or next salary date Interested on anyones thoughts regarding the terrafirma tubular winch bumper I like not cutting grills and bodywork so thats a vote for it. But anything else to be aware of? It will be matched to a TDS Goldfish cannot justify a warn even with built in compressor :P Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated 59 2.4 110 XS Utility 55 TD5 110 CSW Special Vehicle |

Changed my mind about tubular and TDS.
I blame AndrewS and Sonic Now a D44 bumper is arriving on Tuesday along with the bargain of the decade. I tried to buy a winch online with devon but it did not like my credit card, or so I thought. Rang next day to enquire about the problem. The upshot was the website had not updated so the price was wrong. And me if the price difference was not like 600£. Anyway they offered it to me at just over 100£ more than it was listed for. £500 saved 59 2.4 110 XS Utility 55 TD5 110 CSW Special Vehicle |

No prob's, would seam the grill would need to be ammended to fit the Td5 dispite the bumper being listed as AC. Apparntly this is correct, just not stated.
nice one on your purchase be careful on advice, people will have you spending ££££££'s |

Spent most of the day fitting the D44 bumper and steering guard.
What a complete T T Drill from bottom of front cross member and hope you line up with lip of the bumper extension. Ended up moving the aircon rad out of the way. CAREFULLY. Then drilled down for the 3 top holes. Away to fit the winch 59 2.4 110 XS Utility 55 TD5 110 CSW Special Vehicle |

And Cib could fight giants, slay whole armies at a glance for he had overcome one of the greatest challenges of modern day.
He had fitted a D44 bumper and a WARN winch. No-one can stop him now Click image to enlarge Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated 59 2.4 110 XS Utility 55 TD5 110 CSW Special Vehicle |

Thanks guys.
Phil cannot wait Discocuzzy I found it so easy to justify. Promised myself a holiday in croatia or southern spain and would need a compressor for the airbed Willy you cannot talk. ARB lockers I have a problem though. Landrover negative terminal connection does not allow the fitting of another earth lead. What can I do? I don't want to bolt it to the chassis!! And why does no one say the extension leads supplied by devon 4x4 has different size eyes on either end and only one end fits the cutoff switch terminals. FFS now routed cables twice. and waterproofed and sealed them twice too Still it looks nice and my wheels have arrived. Hope to be playing in my KM2's by the weekend then I won't need to get my winch dirty 59 2.4 110 XS Utility 55 TD5 110 CSW Special Vehicle |
