Smallest Rims and Tyres!
Guys,

I know i usually am from the bigger is better side when it comes to wheels and tyres, however ive just got my new toy home Sonics (offroad trailer) and with the trailer tent...i cant get it in my bleedin garage Big Cry Big Cry

Its on crappy white tin 16" wheels at the moment that im gonna change, but need a smaller overall diameter wheel tyre combo.
Anyone know whats the smallest 15" wheel and tyre set up i can run? You cannot teach stupid people to do clever things

Surely one of the points of a sankey-based trailer is having the same wheels as the truck so that it tracks perfectly and you immediately have spares Question

Sounds like you need to lower your garage floor Whistle One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS

You are right Al Thumbs Up , Going think about mounting the tent direct to the trailer lid rather than on roof bars Thumbs Up You cannot teach stupid people to do clever things

Good plan. Just thought about this, though - what height is your garage if a trailer + roof tent won't go in? Maybe you should strike the tent first Rolling with laughter

Very jealous by the way of that trailer. I've bought a sankey and have aspirations to convert it with roof tent etc.

To be honest, though, I wouldn't get the use out of it (with the young-uns) so I'll stick to my ground tents. One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS

i take it that you can't get it in with by letting the tyre pressures down? i know you have to pump them up every time you go away but it may be less hasstle than carrying a different spare and losing ground clearance? plus you won't have us all taking the Censored at your lowrider..... Very Happy

Well I reckon that there is nothing wrong with the garage, Steve simply cant reach the handles on the compartment doors. Clearly he is blaming the height of the garage rather than admit he is a short ass. 130's have feeling's as well you know Smile
