What do you mean clicks out? To select its pressure to the left and up and that's all there is to it. To disengage is just the opposite. There is no way that it can be selected by accident either.
My only gripe with the reverse gear as it's gearing is a bit high IMO it's a touch taller than first gear which isn't something I'm keen on. It's okay for reversing at speed (who does that??) but for general maneuvering it's can be a tad annoying because it feels less controllable. Should be the same as 1st imo $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R 🇬🇧🏴🏴🏴🇮🇪🇺🇸⛽️🛢️⚙️🧰💪 |

yeah the lever/linkage itself I've found can make a bit of a plasticy click when disengaging, normally fine if i dip the clutch enough though. think its when your just dragging it out of gear with partial dipped clutch in my experience, otherwise its fine 99.9% of the time Cheers, David

I think I know what you mean. Lamborghini spend a lot of money to achieve a click like that. Craig Rogers

Both my Td5's do do it... there is a safety catch inside the box to stop you going from 5th to reverse/vica versa |
