Rear Door Rattle
I have a rattle from the back door over every bump - the spare wheel carrier and wheel is all secure, and the door feels "snug" when closed with no play.

I have read elsewhere that the striker pad might need adjusting, and a new door seal might help.

Any thoughts or tips welcome.....

Probably the striker plate I'd imagine, give it a bit of a tinker and see what difference it makes if any. I doubt the seal will make much difference as it is still isolating metal on metal contact whatever condition it is. The only points of contact are the hinges which are permanent and solid (or should be!) check to see if there is any door movement anyway. (Worth doing)
Other than the the most likely culprit IMO will be the striker plate as you say or the lock mechanism. ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️

Mine rattled and it ended up being the wheel carrier that had split in the bottom corners and the metal was creaking together when the wheel moved side to side. Drop the spare off and look up from the underneath of the carrier
