If they start applying this rule to the "seals" on the Land Rover, I think we will all be in bother. ![]() 1992 110 200tdi csw -Zikali 2008 110 2.4 tdci csw-Zulu 2011 110 2.4 tdci csw-Masai |

replaced my 3rd brake light with a LED unit.
Usually one has to be bored to death to care about sth. like this, I guess. But for me it´s fun and improving skills on dealing with aluminium and the TIG machine. ![]() The two standard brake lights are the LED units from BoltOnBits. ![]() The bracket is made out of aluminium and no beauty but the best I could make yesterday. The black paint wasn´t carefully applied. It will be hid by a cover anyway. ![]() This one is called "Serie 135" I think the manufacturer is called ledautomotive or similar. Bought it from local ebay. keywords "LED Rückleuchten Kombination. Bremslicht, Rücklicht" http://stores.ebay.de/Verkehrssicherungen-...34.c0.m322 I now have 5.5Amps flowing to the lights when the brake pedal is depressed. EDIT: it´s 5.5Watt. Amperage is just 0.46A Doesn´t help anyone except the brake light switch. |
