Many thanks Thumbs Up
I'll have to wait till I get back in the country to finish my run home to see what I get out of my tank - normaly get about 400 miles beween filling to the brim and the light on [ping] when driving normally .... so am intrested on what you get out of your 90 Wink
I know the 110 has a roofrack, Mantac raised air intake and a heap of dormobile fitting - being lugged arround all the time so that will add some weight, power restriction and wind resistance to the event - but they are always fitted to the wagon so any change will show up as true comparable result! Cool Poppy - TDCI (Puma) 110XS 2.2 - Camper conversion - see the build here - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic56530.html
Elgar -TDCI(Puma) 110XS Dormobile - now sold

Took the Defender down to Strathearn Engineering for a bit of a check up. Everything looks great on the car so no worries except for a couple of bushes and maybe a new steering box in a few months. ( small leak present).

Pretty happy with that. As my knowledge of this car is pretty lacking, along with my abilities to fix it.... Whistle all I do know is the car is running brilliantly and I'm loving every minute of ownership...

Learning something new every day though and my first real venture off road at the weekend Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Indeed I am. First real go off road and a bit nervous but all part of the ownership. The 90 is way more capable than I am so need to learn more Thumbs Up

And the scenery round there is brilliant. I Normally go walking up the hills in Perthshire on my doorstep so driving up then should be equally good fun..

Had a new windscreen fitted, as a rather large stone hit it dead centre. _______________________________

Did two tip runs with an old wooden shed for a mate of the wifes. Two trips and car packed. A little bit to pick up tomorrow. 1999 Defender TD5 110
