clever how they work really as all the water goes down them and out the bottom check your bottom door sills as they can sometimes keep the water in there CSK Automotive www.cskautomotive.co.uk Like us on Facebook - www.facebook.com/csklr Follow us on Instagram - @cskautomotive |

Looking at FCX's new 130 he's put Dynamat under the door card. Would it work as a water shedder too?

Just replaced the water shedder which was letting in water behind the door card and on to the rear carpets.
This was "the before"picture - the bodged tape work looks like it was original out of the factory , taking the door card off there was no sign of previous access to behind the card (plastic studs were perfect, the lock shroud was a pig to get off, screw heads looked good etc etc). Following a night of heavy rain...............NO LEAKS!!!
If anyone is struggling to find a mystery water leak take a look at this, for an £8 repair its worth checking. |
