have you considered that it wasn't mechanical failure in your CK hubs - they infact died of shame?
i shouldn't laugh - i spent 10 minutes last night wondering why i couldn't get the gear cable out of my left hand road sti shifter - until i released the mechanism into the small chainring position |

Are they Conti Cross Country. I was completely committed to these in 1.5" back in my 26" days.

Yes 1.5's. Though no longer made for the past 2 years, I have 2 good left and a new set from a friend that I've yet to pick up. I only put 1.8's Panaracers on when I go Coed Y !
Though my newly painted bike is having 1.8s for good. |

perfect for cotswold stone trails round here and the horse chewed muddy bridlepaths. greeni - i thought you were getting a pipedream? |

I was trying to work out what the cranks where, at first I thought middleburn because of the spider, but the narrowing of the crank is very Crank Bros cracktastic but then I figured out they are RSRs.
