Yep, I'd love one of those too, but the price Optimists say the glass is half full..
Pessimists say the glass is half empty.. Engineers say the glass is twice the size it needs to be! |

Yeh, not cheap but its got some amazing technology inside it. Im going to spend the next few weeks researching it, then possibly buy one in time for summer?

Over the last week, I have been experimenting with the gopro video editing software, it seems to work ok.
During my recent Arctic trip, i set the gopro to time lapse / 30 seconds / 1080 and with the bacpac battery connected to the 12v it ran all day and into the dusk and a little at night. (On some quieter stretches of the road, I had the LED bar on and the light was enough for the camera.) I have time-lapse photos pretty much from Oslo to Nordkapp, using the gopro cinema software I have made these into video .MOV files. Overall, very pleased with the gopro H3B. I am planning a trip on the plains in March, and will be taking it along then too. |

Here's an edit I've done for a Guided Ride I'm running in the Peaks.
Most of the day was spent riding into the sun (fantastic weather for a change). I'm really impressed how it copes with direct sunlight. Craig Rogers 2007 Puma 110 XS 2011 Evoque Coupe Dynamic Lux www.craigrogers.photography |

I bought the Phantom as a wedding present to myself a couple of weeks ago and it's great! The video has slight vibrations (but not full on jello) so I balanced the props last night (as recommended by all other users) and will see how it goes today. Great fun to fly and not especially difficult either if you have a little experience with smaller 'copters. Next on the list will be a pair of Fat Shark goggles and the rest of the kit required to do some FPV flying. |

No, it won't work on any mobile device.
YouTube licensing, unfortunatly, if you put a soundtrack on any footage, they can't allow the license. It's time they fixed this. Just out of interest, check if an embedded video works? Try going to www.chase2coast.co.uk/guide.html and see if the video plays inside your browser, seems to be a loophole in the Android world. Not quite, it depends on the copyright owner to whether they will allow it to work on a mobile device. Lots of royalty free stuff out there.

True, but I've never found anything that's any good. Most of it sounds like elevator/supermarket tosh. Craig Rogers 2007 Puma 110 XS 2011 Evoque Coupe Dynamic Lux www.craigrogers.photography |
