I've yet to get stuck with the STTs. Was very claggy there.
Compared to the RR with road tyres it feels invincible. they self clean really quick too. 2016 D4 HSE 1998 110 TUM HS FFR Hard Top XD WOLF 1982 Series 3 SWB Petrol |

That can only be a good thing. Nothing worse than getting a tyre completely wrapped in mud and then really there is no contact at all only constant spinning / slipping. Even more dangerous if coming to the end of a lane and you have to enter onto a road. $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R 🇬🇧ðŸ´ó §ó ¢ó ¥ó ®ó §ó ¿ðŸ´ó §ó ¢ó ·ó ¬ó ³ó ¿ðŸ´ó §ó ¢ó ³ó £ó ´ó ¿ðŸ‡®ðŸ‡ªðŸ‡ºðŸ‡¸â›½ï¸ðŸ›¢ï¸âš™ï¸ðŸ§°ðŸ’ª |

And forgot to say, I was getting annoyed with not being able to adjust the windscreen washer jet on the driver's side enough to point into the centre of vision.
Fixed that today, just turned the entire washer jet head towards the driver's side! Bingo. I love simple fixes, can't believe it took me so long to figure this one out 2016 D4 HSE 1998 110 TUM HS FFR Hard Top XD WOLF 1982 Series 3 SWB Petrol |

Lucky you didn't get pulled if you used it after the date. Good news it's though too. $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R 🇬🇧ðŸ´ó §ó ¢ó ¥ó ®ó §ó ¿ðŸ´ó §ó ¢ó ·ó ¬ó ³ó ¿ðŸ´ó §ó ¢ó ³ó £ó ´ó ¿ðŸ‡®ðŸ‡ªðŸ‡ºðŸ‡¸â›½ï¸ðŸ›¢ï¸âš™ï¸ðŸ§°ðŸ’ª |

Took a nice interior shot using my GoPro Hero3 Black on 12MP Wide setting, you can actually get the entire interior.
Not a bad interior as Defender TD5's go Click image to enlarge 2016 D4 HSE 1998 110 TUM HS FFR Hard Top XD WOLF 1982 Series 3 SWB Petrol |

I really like the way you can't stop tinkering with the Defender when you have a RR parked up behind it...
Mind you, you have made a really great job of the refurb. BM52 |

Thanks BM,
The feedback on this thread has been so positive, it helps spur you on. I almost bought a cheapo private plate for it today but somehow held back, I put one on the RR years ago, just a £250 job, helps hide its increasing age! 2016 D4 HSE 1998 110 TUM HS FFR Hard Top XD WOLF 1982 Series 3 SWB Petrol |

Went to the Donnington Park 4x4 Show today as its only 20 or so miles from me. Didn't take long to get round it but great to see certain suppliers and have a chat.
I bought myself a recovery strap and shackles as I've never had them and one day I'll need them I'm sure, also got a net to mount on the safari rear door (inside obviously). Fitted that already, useful when shooting. I'm running out of things to bolt on now! 2016 D4 HSE 1998 110 TUM HS FFR Hard Top XD WOLF 1982 Series 3 SWB Petrol |

Hi RRUK,
Are they speakers on the rear roof lining? If so, where did you get the mounting plinths from? Cheers Steve |

Ive seen a few Defenders with them fitted - if my memory serves me right they are available from La Salle (who also make replacement headlining). EDIT: After a quick search, came up with this: http://www.lasalle-trim.co.uk/default.aspx...tview=true You may recognise a *90 in the 4th - 11th pictures... * Lovely looking |
