It's the new standard mats, they seem a lot better than the previous carpets Original Member Pie n Pea Club.

looking good. having seen one of the xtechs (locked up) out the local dealers I did wonder how the lid of the seat boxes works. normally the sliding lid is held in place by a clip but this doesn't appear to be the case with the xtech?
if you know what I mean ? |

Used my 110 to transport a ballot box to my polling station this morning and will use it to take it to the count later tonight. In between are 15 very long hours sat waiting for the handful of people who know about and can be bothered to vote Darren

Wily- do they mud rails work well with the bulk head still in place? Been thinking about fitting them but my seat is already against it so I assume it will have to be a more upright position to give any benefit ?

Yes they work as the seat is raised it goes back further, feels a little high though. Original Member Pie n Pea Club.

Delivered New headlights, rear bearings, A-fram balljoint and brake and clutch pedal rubbers to the garage, where they will be fitted to ensure the MOT retest is a clean pass with no advisories

Picked up the 90 from a mot pass, a few advisories but nothing serious, mostly condensated and corroded lights which were ready for replacement ( mind you they look like they might be original from 1989)
Small service so good for another year now - even the handbrake works now! Here's hoping the 110 lasts that long Dj 1989 200tdi 90 csw 2011 110 usw Orkney grey Buy British 🇬🇧 Defender Clothing Designs available at http://www.rangesports.com/acatalog/Defender-Stuff.html |

After yesterday's polling station tedium, today saw some decent Land Rover action towing my Sankey with a load for the tip Also changed the hitch on the Sankey for a new one, so now it brakes smoothly Darren

Went up to Salisbury Plain with a couple of friends
Did some gentle stuff and then some ......... I never knew there were routes on the plains that were that technical, especially the 'steps' - don't ask Saw hundreds of pheasants and also pheasant shoots and also where the Great Bustards are bread. Didn't rain all day and a magnificent sunset Still trying to work out how the army managed to mangle the Mastif we saw, it was bent to say the least Bob 2015 Jaguar XE240 R Sport - goes like ....... !! 2013 Defender 90 CSW - sold 2009 Defender 110 Double Cab - sold 2001 TD5 90 CSW - offroad project - sold to a forum member 2011 Porsche Boxster - for the sunny days ! |

Any cross axles go on too? There is a very very rough and difficult UCR only about 2 miles up the road from me but I've walked it and width isn't an issue but it's rocks. I'm concerned if I did try it wouldn't get out again. Goes right down into a valley with not one but two streams and bridges at the bottom. No one knows it either as it doesn't even have a name.
