Fitted my snow cowl i bought from P.A Blanchards (just in time it seems) decided to remove the vent cover first to have a wipe round inside the ducting only to find the drain blocked solid with debris and an inch or more of water in the bottom jsut waitng to find its way in to the heater. So had to remove the drain valve thingy and unblock it before refitting the vent cover and cowl.Hoping that will help with the demisting issues now the heater is,nt drawing in moisture. 2005 Td5 90 XS

Picked up and brought back a horse drawn Ransomes Bantam plough, beet lifter and a trunk full of heavy horse harness. Apologies my post doesn't include blingy wheels, colour coded dashboards or any other aesthetic niceties
![]() Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades. Current Defender: A non tarts hand-bagged Puma 110 XS USW. [Insert something impressive here such as extensive list of previous Land Rovers or examples of your prestigeous and expensive items, trinkets, houses, bikes, vehicles etc] http://forums.lr4x4.com I used to be Miserable ...but now I'm ecstatic. |

Delivered two 8 wheeler loads of wood to rothwell off road centre for their bonfire and got to go back in the defender for free.
Not a bad pay and play site too. |

As I've some time off this week finally got around to fitting the LED headlights (thanks Tim) and the Entreq Headlight guards (thanks Brendan)
![]() ![]() ![]() Nice n easy to fit ( though I do hate those plastic pin fasteners ) . The Entreq gear is very nicely made, comes with a gasket and the security screws are a nice touch. Stu |
