A perennial problem on pre-2007 Defenders is the lack of any facility for demisting the drivers and front passenger windows (apart from a cloth ). A kit has been available from MUD-UK for quite a while but it's very expensive. Anyway, I came across these things at the Newbury Sort-out and finally bought a pair this week:
Click image to enlarge They are designed to fit over the existing vents and take minutes to install with the supplied longer screws. They are a bit clunky looking but don't look too out of place in the functional interior of a Defender. As I have a heated screen then I might experiment with blocking the top vents completely, but that's not because it's necessary. Bought them from here: www.defenderdemister.com. I've no connection other than as a satisified customer. Darren 110 USW BUILD THREAD - EXPEDITION TRAILER - 200tdi 90 BUILD THREAD - SANKEY TRAILER - IG@landroveranorak "You came in that thing? I looked into those, but ended up making my own as I was after a slightly tidier solution:

Very neat I like making my own stuff too, but sometimes there just aren't enough hours in the day Darren
