Ive got 16 x 8 Black Modular wheels just. Offset of 0, or ET00. With 265/75/16 BFG Mud Terrain tyres. Standard height suspension, arches standard everything. In my opinion. Its the perfect sizing. Going into lots of detail here only because nobody else did when i was looking to find the perfect size of rim. Offset is everything.
Will put up pictures now.[/list] |

I'll have a measure for you tonight, I took a cut off saw to my chain so that I had exactly the right length to avoid it moving and damaging the rim. Nick 2.2 110 Tipper |

Before ordering I would suggest you use a piece of rope to ensure length is right. Chain will not follow curves as tightly as rope.
Also different tyre sizes and different wheel carriers will affect the length of chain required, so a double check is worth doing! Brendan |

Hi Mike, funny, I have not the same advies ! if I was happy with them on my RRC dim 205/80-16, I have the feeling with them on my defender that they are very very uncomfortable. seems better with under pressure (1.9bar front and 2.1 rear ) but I am not sure that it is a good idea regards to security ! today the pressure is 2.1bar front and 2.5 rear Philippe current : defender 110 sw 2.2 puma 2012 and 230.000km today and again my Range Rover VM2.5 engine from 1992 and 528.000km today. Cooper S/T 255 85 on modular steel. Because they are not made anymore, my spare is a BFG KM2 M/T 255 85.
I also have Terrafirma wheel spacers fitted. Land Rover Defenders. 67 years heritage, minimal appearance changes, still going strong all over the world. Not a fashion vehicle, but fashionable to own. Made for the needy, not the greedy. Ta ta Defender |
