I get this, not when its been raining though, but usually the morning after I've given it a good going over underneath with the pressure washer - it's almost as though the handbrake is sticking on. Never need to give it any revs though, just lift the clutch slightly.
To be honest I'm not sure if I need to be concerned or not, it's something that I only tend to remember about when it happens, usually it's left in gear on the flat after I've washed it, only when I park it on a slope afterwards I notice it. I wouldn't like to say 100% it's normal though, but your not the only one! I'm sure someone will be along to give a proper answer |

If the handbrake shoes are wet or damp when the brake is applied for any length of time there can be a tendency to for them to stick to the drum, this can also get worse if there is any oil contamination or a lot of brake dust. You are putting a fair amount of strain on the transmission by driving against a locked brake so it would be an idea to pull the drum back for a check either DIY or at a dealer / independent. Steve.
