Nothing and won't get to drive it for another 2 weeks as I've just had an op on my back (slipped disc). I'm thoroughly bored with daytime tv any suggestions for things to do?

Hi Zag,
If I remember correctly you advised me against selling my 90 when I posted on here about doing the same thing. I guess when the right reason comes along you choose accordingly. Anyway I wish you and the family great joy of your vessel. Out of interest how and where did you dispose of your 110? I'm still musing on the possibility myself. James |

My reason unfortunately was to sell my current boat to pay off a debt, I didn't have much choice I could have jsut sold my boat but i wanted to carry on sailing so I had to sell....but it turned out to be a fortunate financial move with the new boat so now not too upset! Catch Zag Street soap tomorrow night at 7.00 pm Sorry but I had to answer The problem with a near new one is firstly there are many on the market and secondly people would prefer to pay a few K more for a new one. I didn't get a bite but was offered 23K by the trade (The Man from Land Rover) but I sold privately at the last minute for the same price as it saved me a trip to Man from LR and a train back and day off work. It's money was 24K privately and trade 25-26K due the extensive work done apparently and low mileage... I called all the usual Defender traders but they already had "single figure mileage" on late models already. I had forgotten about The Man for Land rover - good firm but I would never usually sell for a trade price, it's just that I got such a good deal on the boat. Don't sell if you don't have to, if only to get the value out of it first Last edited by Zagato on 19th Jul 2012 6:39pm. Edited 3 times in total |

Anyone spot the geeky movie reference?
Click image to enlarge The outline of the letters were annoying me after I took them all off, so gave it a bit of a mini-Zagging... Click image to enlarge Pretty gutted as I thought I had some tyre black, but turns out I don't! Won't help when I'm back in work though, I'm already getting stick for having the cleanest 'Land Rover ever'. If only they knew of the ex-Zag-mobile! |

Saves the effort of scrubbing them though! I'd rather have tyre dressing on with a clean Landy than dirty tyres on a clean one. Looks a bit daft I think âï¸âï¸God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 âï¸âï¸
