I would suggest a security registered locksmith is the answer, for obvious reasons I know one in Yeovil if you are really stuck but I am sure there must be some around Salisbury. As the door is open you should see some screw heads or bolt heads holding the back panel onto the door if you remove this all the mechanism should be exposed with the lock undo lock nuts fixings and take the lock to a locksmith and you can have a key made for it or they might sugest a new lock and key if its a general design

spot on ... unscrewed the back of the door to find the locking mechanism and the lock ... MrsBPMan is off to the locksmith tomorrow for a new key
