Any plastic membranes etc. to negotiate to get to them? Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

There was an article in Land Rover Monthly magazine a couple of months ago about fitting front electric windows and it finished with the author looking at fitting electric windows to the 2nd row doors in a future article. This hasn't happened yet but looks promising.

We did the LRM article and used genuine parts for the front. The rears were done using an aftermarket kit Article can be found here http://www.mobilecentre.co.uk/images/Data_...indows.pdf |

Sorry, I was just being sarcastic (and greedy) - your write-ups tend to be very intelligible so I was waiting for it rather than from anyone else... Tell someone you love them today because life is short.

Do you need any special tool for taking of the winder? 2.2 2012 110 utility Orkney Grey Also Range Rover Evoque - Surprising but I like it. Previous Freelander 2 SD4 HSE - Black 90 TD5 Discovery 3 Early Discovery. |

There's just a circlip which you can remove with any flat pointed tool (I use a steak knife). Just ease one of the legs forward and the rounded part becomes accessible. Then pull it out. They generally don't "ping" off but be careful
![]() p.s. The repositioning didn't work for me as I often have passengers hitting the winders with their knees. Some smart black elastic cord works a treat though.
