ordered the td5 alive kit today and off to pick up a new vacuum hose tomorrow from my local dealer.

The EGR valve body provides a significant obstruction in the inlet duct - performance is improved on the TD5 by removing it completely compared to simply disabling it. |

de cat and de egr are great mods on a td5.
DO NOT buy a paddock/ egr kit. |

I have just read your installation instructions and agree with the last paragraph, about the future, and long term think this would be a better solution. I also like your replies on here and the kit seems well made/ Had read similar EGR removal instructions on LR4X4 which said remove all the pipes and wiring and redundant kit; anyway as never got a reply from them, I will give you a call Monday morning to make an order for my 2005 TD5. If people are willing to get there own gasket and new bolts if needed we offer the egr kit here for only £31 inc UK shipping and VAT . Made from alloy with a 10mm thick base plate.
