Just got the cb fitted today, took out the wires to do the SWR and now have plugged back in the wires and the PA doesn't work........to add insult to injury I'm not 100% if the settings are right!

Why do I play with stuff! I always break something! ===================================

FFS we have had a small amount of snow and it has taken me over 30 minutes to get home all of 2 miles!

Why? 7.5 tonner not going up a steep hill and cars sliding all over the place. So a quick divert up a local green lane and onto the main road.

Quickly everything had ground to a halt? Cars coming other way at 30 degrees to direction of travel. Gritter went pass with a nice bright amber flasher lights. Not doing any good as the council was saving money by not gritting.

Main problem a ferking BMW 11 plate going nowhere fast up a slight incline!!

So first sign of poor weather our roads grind to a halt!
