Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

I made a winch assembly that fits to my towbar (yes, I admit I have a caravan ) No kudos there - when I hitch it on I look a right tosser Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

Then again, you thought fitting a kenlowe was a good idea, so forgive me if we don't put too much stock on the above and WTF kind of guide did you have if you had to go and rescue him in the dark? |

Bloody right. Utterly ridiculous. Roof lights fine if you work for border patrol on the US/Mexican border, or fine if you work in mining and move equipment, even fine in the bush in australia to search out kangaroos. However, not much use in Tesco's car park in Dorking on a Friday in December. Then again, it is as you say: "I have bought a defender, therefore I need A: a winch, B: rooflights. |

The worst mod i ever did was put a heavy duty 110 sailsbury rear axle on my racer (under the guise that i wont be able to break that in a hurry) Then i found out what unsprung weight was all about. Dire almost undriveable at high speed on the rough. Now got a very light casing with detriot locker and hd shafts and lightened hubs. Miles better
Mods on my 90 all used every week, especially the winch and the work lights. If everything is under control you are not going fast enough. Every Day 16 MY Discovery 4 Commercial Workshop and Escort Vehicle Weekends 07MY L322 TDV8 Vogue SE Series 1 80" 3ltr 6cyl with overdrive No Worries 4X4 |

One that a very well known Land Rover Magazine (for owners, internationally) place their trust and magazine space too. Regarding the kenlowe, I agree, it didn't work, but the vents did! 2002 Defender 110 DC |

It could be argued you don't need a Defender for a Tesco car park in Dorking on a Friday in December, but we all seem to have one! 2002 Defender 110 DC |
