Not sure these are actually any brighter? than the LED's I already have but something a little different.

I've yet to change the headlights (just have higher power bulbs and wipac clear lenses)

I was told. If you have nothing nice to say, then say nothing.

I have nothing to say about these lights. Whistle Whistle Whistle

Fitting them is fun, especially the front ones.

I like them as I get dual brake lights. Also dual fog/reverse lights Searching for my first Defender...and started just as Covid hit, so talk about timing.

5 months after starting the search I found it, and here is the details

For anyone that has fitted these, any tips for getting the bolts at the back done up on a 110? Seems like an impossible task - can’t even get my hands up there and past the mud cover at the moment…

Any tips on how to get the rear inside covers out? These are the things I am struggling with most at the moment as they are preventing access to the studs on the lights.

Just based on the advertisement style, I don't see much technical improvement but more a life-style-orientated product. Its not as much a product more of a fleeting Instagram moment.

I am sure they will be alright, but also a lot of money with styling not as timeless as the standard lights (LED or conventional), which also happened to be quite cheap. Also I wonder how much side view you get from say the indicators.

They remind me of the plug hole in the kitchen sink.

Not a good look, in my opinion, however I realise that others may love the look. To each his - or her - own.

Whatever your thoughts on the look, can confirm they are hard to fit… I don’t see why they couldn’t have engineered a better way of attaching them to the body work from the face side given access to the back of a Defender is pretty tricky. Taking a pause at the moment with them dangling off the back as I can’t access the fitting studs, which is pretty annoying as they also weren’t the easiest thing to connect up.

I do see some benefits in more and brighter indicators and reverse lights, but agree it’s a pretty niche and expensive product at the moment.

Without looking there is 2-3 push/screw plastic rivits.

You need to pull the upper window covers first if fitted, they just pull away.

Then lift the inner panels up. Searching for my first Defender...and started just as Covid hit, so talk about timing.

I have these to fit this weekend. I would have fitted them over the past few weeks, but like others have mentioned, they are fixed/bolted from the back (unlike standard LED/Halogen lamps). Like all 10 minute Land Rover jobs... it's never 10 minutes !

The rear of my car is currently stripped, so these will be "easy".

The front however, according to the manual, requires either the wheel arch liner removing, or if you're Mr Tickle, you can gain access via the top wing vent. As you need the front headlight trims fitted, before attaching. Drivers side isn't too bad, but passenger side with washer bottle and aircon pipes looks like a HUGE amount of "fun".

Will do some pictures while I [attempt to] install them Saturday. 2001 90 TD5 Soft Top - Epsom Green

Good luck, not attempted the front ones on mins as had issues at last anual inspection with the rears.

Trying to get the people that can get the docs to align with the producer to get my car legal etc.

Don’t really want to fit fronts then remove each year for the anual test, they indicated my rears were not of there liking at last test. Searching for my first Defender...and started just as Covid hit, so talk about timing.
