Update on the Start/Stop issue:

Not sure what exactly did the trick but it works perfectly now! So after I changed the MHLastUserMode = Enabled - the car was left alone for around 12 hours. After I started the car the Auto Start/Stop was on as usual. I turned it off, did 2 Pivi resets while the engine was running and after that pressed the seat memory button to remember the seat setting (m + 1 in my case).

Step by step:
1) Connect iiD
2) Disable start/stop
3) Change MultiCAN-566 MHLastUserMode = Enabled
4) Leave the car for 12 hours
5) Start the car
6) Disable start/stop
7) Reset Pivi
Reset Pivi one more time
9) Press seat memory M + 1 (double check that the auto start/stop is disabled)
10) Turn off the engine. Open the driver's door. Close the car.
11) Start the car

And the car starts with start/stop disabled.
