i have converted two vehicles to m57 now, my 90 and the 130. i have just fitted Allisport specific m57 rad. triple pass i believe, res return on drivers side and no bottom cooler inlet/outlet and with electric fan. they both sit much more comfortably now. yet to have fan come on in fact. Before with td5 rad i was always watching the temp if pushing on or towing. Cheers

Thanks both for the info, good to hear they are worth the investment. Will bite the bullet on an Alisport one , once they come back to me with delivery times. 1999 300TDI 110 CSW BMW 3.0

So far no issues, I’ve done quite a bit of towing with a car transporter trailer as well Admittedly I try to avoid excessively hard gear changes, but so far so good. I suppose if I was to the conversion again and costs were less of an issue I’d consider one of the bmw boxes. 1999 300TDI 110 CSW BMW 3.0
