In a word, yes. I have taken my 110 back to LPR for all the warranty work it has needed (not much, thankfully). 2011 110 USW 1973 Series III 1-Ton 1972 Series III 1-Ton Cherrypicker 1969 IIA 1-Ton 1966 IIA 88" |

Why do you think I take mine to LPR rather then just nip down the read to Hartbreakers? 2011 110 USW 1973 Series III 1-Ton 1972 Series III 1-Ton Cherrypicker 1969 IIA 1-Ton 1966 IIA 88" |

Without wishing to particularly take work away from James, I undertand that Lancasters in Reading are very good, too. Depending on where abouts in Oxfordshire you are, they may be a closer alternative. Darren

Back from another 1200 mile Highlands trip for work. No problems to report. Best fuel economy 29 worst 25 with a head wind on the way home.

Won't involve my Defender as such but next week I have to drive a Landrover towing some kind of special trailer, first to Dublin, then to Belfast. I just hope to god its a decent Tdci not some godawful old Tdi heap or something. 2011 110 USW

I thought a courtesy car was supplied free when yours is in for warranty work? The only time I've had to pay is when I was under 25, or when it's been in for just a service. |

3 days Land Roverless...... After having a whale of a time off-road the diff decided to try and escape through the transfer box housing (about 400meters from home)- all covered by warranty though, and there is a new box on route already
It is also getting the ABS/TC mod done at the same time Roll on her return Glyn |

Try getting a wife, two young kids (with baby seats) a dog AND a surfboard plus all the clobber in a 90 - it was hilarious!! Once in, it was fine but getting there needed Houdini like skills. Defender 110XS SW gone... now VW California 180 4 Motion. |

You'd think, wouldn't you? That's just one of the reasons I'm phoning to cancel them picking mine up in the morning and going to inform them exactly of the reasons why they won't be laying a spanner/hand on my truck ever again. Mark 2011 110 XS DC Stornoway Grey |

Know it is a bit of a trawl for you but Yeovil LR are well aware of incorrect springs fitted on 110's. They always provide me with a courtesy car if I need one so I can't fault them on that score. Worth a try, if you go this route ask for Douglas in service reception and tell him I told you to contact him. Bob |
