Turned out to be a very easy fix. There are two brake switches, and one had come loose from its very flimsy mounting. Roaming around 🇳🇴🇨ðŸ‡

I've just been reminded that sometimes you should start with the basics..
After messing about swapping these switches from our third defender, the brakes mysteriously started binding on all four wheels, only releasing after being left for an hour or so. So I then discovered that although the pushrod retracts fully when the switch is loose, the retraction of the pushrod part is fixed when the switch is twisted into place. I had pushed the pedal down when I fitted one of the switches, so the pushrod was too long and was stopping the brake pedal returning fully. Once re-fitted with the pedal in the up position, binding solved. Click image to enlarge I then viewed the live values using my BAS tool and found that one of the brake switches didn't show as open when the pedal was depressed. Then I got my camera out to video the brake lights, which turned out not to be operating. Then I checked the brake light fuse, which was blown on both 110s showing the fault. Fuse changed, fault code gone! Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Later that day, I'm needing my trailer again. Hitched on, half a mile later, DSC light on again. Then I realised I towed the trailer with both 110s recently and that's why both were affected. By a fault with the trailer brake lights.
