What age/model do you have? Assume you have the factory alarm system still?
If so, i would advise looking at the wiring diagram for all of the fuses associated with the alarm and confirming they are not blown. Did they remove/tamper with anything else? 02' 110 TD5 Double Cab Rebuild Thread |

It’s a 2011 2.4 Puma with the factory alarm and immobiliser. I’ve checked all fuses and they’re all ok. Nothing else seems to have been tampered with.

On mine they cut the main battery wire which runs under the car from the battery footwell to the driver's footwell. Cheers Don.

No its not that everything turns on but the it will not crank, banging my head against the wall atm!

Sometimes if you pull the battery when alarming or tamper with them it’ll lock the 10AS box, unfortunately it can be a new alarm ecu and programming.
