Hello guys,

Any idea to further proceed with the removal of the union - I can’t get it out, the needles cage are longer, and stay within the flange…. Shall I try to cut them?!

Tank you for your support.

Regards

Grip the protruding cup in a vice and drift the flange off it. Drift the other cup back the other way and repeat, then repeat the whole process on the shaft.

Be very careful reassembling the joint since if you drop a roller you almost certainly won't be able to remove the joint without damage.
