I optioned a 250 for that exact reason. I have no need for the extra HP for a 350 nor a V8 and the 250 is plenty for me, and I suspect, many people. |

Nobody needs a V8 but if we are being honest nobody actually needs a new Land Rover Defender. They are ‘lifestyle’ cars and not bought out of necessity. They are bought because people want them. In which case if the budget allows, choosing anything other than a V8 would frankly seem ridiculous. WARNING.

I don't disagree but where do you stop. All we really need is reproduce/drink/food/shelter (in that order) On the other hand you only have so many years on this earth and if you have the money why not? It would be waste passing it on your kids. |
