window winders, handles
hi all,

i ordered window winders (the handles, not the actual regulators) for my OneTen's second row seats as they had the blanking plates fitted by a previous owner, presumably in preparation for electric windows (which I have in the front row).

After removing the covers, the mechanism that should take the winders look different to what I would have expected as it missing the hexagonal bit that takes the original winders. Instead the centre piece has flat bits to either side and a bolt hole in the middle. The original window winders won't fit...

Is there a part missing? do I need different winders altogether? if so, which ones? What is the best way out of this (other than keeping the windows permanently shut)??  1988 Land Rover OneTen County SW, 3.9l Petrol V8 (serpentine), original "Santana" LT85 gearbox
