Clicking noise on full lock?
Recently noticed that on full right lock and sometimes on left lock I get a clicking from what appears to be the front drivers wheel.
Not had time to inspect that area yet...But open to suggestions.
My thought is CV joint? 1999 Defender TD5 110

likely CV joint. Before dismantling it might be worth checking the endfloat/shimming of the splines into the driveflange. If there is a lot of endfloat here it can cause the CV joint to locate too far inwards and bind up on lock.

I did think CV.. Sad

End-float. I didn't know the drive flange had shims. Are the shims behind the flange? 1999 Defender TD5 110

Sorry my description wasn't great! The shim is between the circlip and driveflange on the outside (under the rubber cap if you have original style flanges). 02' 110 TD5 Double Cab Rebuild Thread

I have this on my list to check since I now have a DTI sitting downstairs ready to do the rear diff centre.

This is the instructions:

End play should be between 0.08-0.25mm Thumbs Up

EDIT: coming to think about it if you do not have a DTI then when we meet up we can check yours in the car park Thumbs Up
