Excess movement is a sign of play, if in doubt swap them, they are relatively cheap really. ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️

I’d imagine LR would suggest they are good for at least 80k miles, at a guess so I’d imagine yours are well over that.
Corregations help wear them. You don’t hear so much about engine mounts, not many people have any issues with that. Seems like they last extremely well! I had the gearbox mounts changed on mine about 60k, I don’t think there was much point but they did have a little play in them I’d say a small amount is normal. ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️ |

Rubber generally tend to harden with time, develop cracks (rot), and can delaminate from the metal backing.
My mounts, at almost 12 years are still soft, show no rot, and still intact, albeit they are also skewed in shape. I do not worry about them.
