I bought a Fakra Cable of Amazon for around £7 YILIANDUO Fakra Z Female to Female Car Vehicle Aerial Antenna Extension Cable RG174 1.6ft 50CM for Car Stereo Android Head Unit GPS Navigation FM AM Radio Sirius XM Satellite Radio It worked perfectly!

Got it. I read entire threads again and got the idea that LR164584 is basically converting Female to Male connections. So if I buy Fakra Female to Female, I can eliminate and connect mirror and the camera with just one cable. For my Defender 90, I ordered 6 ft (1.82 m) female to female. I hope the length and connection works. As I now fully ordered all the parts, I'll report back once I have all parts and installed. Thank you everyone for supporting my project!
