I thought I had a lot of wind noise coming into the cab through the door gaps. I had them adjusted many times and also fitted new genuine seals.
Then a couple of months ago for an unknown reason I put my ear to the window glass and discovered the noise was actually coming from between the glass and the door frame. To test the theory I put masking tape across the glass and frame to create a seal and went out for a test drive. Wow! What a difference.. Such a huge reduction in road noise and the whoosh when cars pass in the other direction. I have newish doors and seals so need to figure out a solution. Adding additional shims to the channel guides has been suggested. Anyone got any other ideas?
