Adjust hinges by undoing nuts into captive nuts on bulkhead. It doesnt always go smoothly! Adjisting here will change how the door hangs it wont reduce your draught gap.

Adjust striker plate. Loosen the bolts sufficiently that you can push door closed to where it needs to go taling striker with it, then open door with button pushed so it leaves striker at last position.

Quite a few doors bend arent straight, in or out at top and need adjusting to get good close line all way down. Cheers

I thought I had a lot of wind noise coming into the cab through the door gaps. I had them adjusted many times and also fitted new genuine seals.

Then a couple of months ago for an unknown reason I put my ear to the window glass and discovered the noise was actually coming from between the glass and the door frame.

To test the theory I put masking tape across the glass and frame to create a seal and went out for a test drive. Wow! What a difference.. Such a huge reduction in road noise and the whoosh when cars pass in the other direction.

I have newish doors and seals so need to figure out a solution. Adding additional shims to the channel guides has been suggested. Anyone got any other ideas? TD5 hardtop to Puma inspired Poptop - my build thread
