Installing my BAS Intercooler
How complex is the job of installing the BAS intercooler in a 2.2 puma with AC?

Mine was on the 2.4 and to be honest it was a horrid job, I have pretty big man hands and every knuckle was skinned! I also fitted the silicone hoses at the same time.

I think the guide said an hour to fit but it was at least 4 for me Shocked 2016 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 TDV8

I've done it twice (original intercooler popped the side tank, replacement performance IC split a weld)

First time perhaps two hours, second time around was much quicker > 110 XS Double Cab
