Mine was on the 2.4 and to be honest it was a horrid job, I have pretty big man hands and every knuckle was skinned! I also fitted the silicone hoses at the same time.

I've done it twice (original intercooler popped the side tank, replacement performance IC split a weld)
First time perhaps two hours, second time around was much quicker > 110 XS Double Cab |
