There should be a similar hole at the front of the engine in the bottom of the timing belt housing.
The bell housing one is used to lock the engine at tdc when doing the timing belt. There's an extra slot in the flywheel that the locking pin engages with. |

Thank you, yes, there's another unplugged hole in the timing belt housing.

Put them in in the morning before you go playing in muddy puddles and ponds. Take them out at the end of the day. |
