OBD2 one I had for Ford codes worked on mine, it was a blue one and cheap. It allowed fault code read, and clearance.
At least for an early Puma it worked perfectly with mine. Now I use Alive’s ATRIC. WeWillWin🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⛽️🛢️⚙️🧰💪 |

I used an OBD reader that cost £8 on ebay and the 'Torque' app which is £3
