Owners of Nugget Stuff Airbox - Modification
I’m thinking of replacing the the M6 bolts that secure the lid with thumbscrews like these: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/M3-M4-M5-M6-M8-...635-2958-0

I want to be able to check and replace the air filter without needing tools. Any reason why this is a bad idea? 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

Can’t see a reason why not. It’s not as if you have to crank the original bolts down really hard.

So if it makes life easy I am all for it.

Thumbs Up

Unless you definitely know what type you want, then this website has a good range of various grips, screws, knobs, clamps...

A cam lever might give an extra level of security?

I’ve watched that vid a few times but it still doesn’t help me understand how the flex tube is routed under the heater box. It’s a tiny little space but I can’t see the flex tube fitting through it without misshaping it

LHD Nugget stuff Air Intake
Hi!! I mounted it on my PUMA LHD!!
But I have not take pictures during the operation, Sad it was not easy but feasible.
The allocation for the tube of nugget is not so big and you will need to use some "lubrication" to connect the plenum with the air box through the arch wheel.
The most possible you will need to dismount the plastic grille in the top of the offside wing and the heater tube to facilitate the nugget's tube allocation and connect with the plenum.
