2015 Puma water ingress
Helpful tip if anyone has a similar issue....

I found recently that the carpet on the side of the battery box was wet near where it meets with side sill. I investigated and eventually found that water was dripping at the bottom of the door card. I tested by running some water down the window glass.
I removed the door card and sure enough there was a gap of about 2cm where the moisture cover had become detached allowing water to drip down outside of the door structure and thereby dripped on the carpet when closed.
I found that heating up area with a hair dryer softened the factory adhesive and I was able to successfully stick the moisture protection sheet back in position.

Thanks for this. I’ve got a minor leak in my 64 plate passenger footwell and have been struggling to work out where it’s coming from. I’ll give this a try.
