Hi Dorset, the 60 amp fuse im advised is the glow plug protection fuse as the voltage there is identical to that of the GP rail voltage.

Hi Dorset, sorry for the delay in thanking you for the circuit drawings, unfortunately after studying both the drawings neither show the 60 amp or 30 amp fuses in question, however the drawings will be helpful for other things.
Many thanks Ole Dave |

Hi Dorset, thank you for your reply, at some point the previous owner or their mechanic has run riot in the under seat fuse and relay location as the glow plug relay was not connected!! Plus none of the relays were on their rail locations, its still the same as none of the relays will fit over the posts they are meant to be on which im going to sort out soon.
Will take a pic of the two fuses which are located in joint holders when I get home and you can then see for yourself the positions referred to plus the pickle the previous owners left the fuse location in with all the relays cable tied together in a bunch. Cheers Ole Dave |

This is what my 2007 2.4 looks like. Just the 15a floating fuse holder feeding the ECM.
Do you have any photos of yours? Does it look factory? Are the wires taped up/bundled in with the factory loom or do they look aftermarket? Click image to enlarge > 110 XS Double Cab |

The 60A is glow plug fuse, pre-relay. C0621 is the holder number, neither the fuse itself nor the input wire are shown on the wiring diagrams, just the wire out from the fuse (C0621-2) going to the glow relay C0215-1.
The 30A is for the starter, pre-relay. C1217 is the holder number, again not shown on the diagram. This time is it supposed to be shown in the feed into the starter relay C0151-30. The brown/white [NW] wire doesn't actually go all the way to the relay as shown, it actually goes to this fuse holder. Then there is a brown/grey [NS] 4.0 CSA wire from the fuse to relay terminal C0151-30. 1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top 2015 D90 XS SW |

That's a link to a diagram that I produce and posted on this forum! I'm glad it's been useful, which it must be if it is now circulating on the web or in the cloud or whatever! Does it make me an Internet Legend? |
