Could somebody please measure for me distance from rear cross member to rear lip of body and post pictures of rear brackets, would help a great deal.

Is the rear body you have of a 130 or 110 hi-capacity?
The 130 hi-capacity body is shorter than a 110 |

As far as i can understand yes its 130 as it has the shorter section in front of the rear wheels.

Thanks AndrewS it looks like those brackets are different or have been modified compared to brackets listed by Land Rover which i think are MTC3481 and MTC3482
The rear cross member brackets are even more of a mystery, i have even considered the prospect that my rear chassis has been shortened but it doesn't appear to be. Maybe some dimensions would satisfy my curiosity. |

Just found this photo LR bracket has extra fin at the top compare to AndrewS brackets, could a possible solution be to grind this off to allow body to come forward, mind you the bolt hole pattern might not allow the travel.
Some serious head scratching going on

That bracket bolts to the underside of the tub (I think), the bracket that goes onto the chassis is bigger.
See below a couple of library pics I have. NS Click image to enlarge OS Click image to enlarge Hang on a bit my lads are up my workshop and the are going to email a pic of the brackets fitted. There should be about 10mm to 20mm between the back of the cab and the front of the tub. |

Yep it helps have taken similar photos of mine, brackets are different alright, although these seem to be only ones my dealer list
Although not clear at the top of this bracket (attached to chassis) there is like a sharks fin with a fold this is stopping the body coming forward
Your body seems to be mounted using bottom two wholes if i cut the fin above off it may let me use bottom two holes although i think this will put body to high against double cab.
Gap between Body and double cab is more like 40mm Think i might need to replace brackets on hi cap body as these were existing may just be a problem with trying to match up an older bracket with a new type. Have not even tried to understand rear cross member bracket problems yet  Might leave that for another day.......... |

NS front tub mount. FYI the tub mounts are handed however they are both the same (well they are on my truck) So the 90 deg fold on the edge of the brackets on the chassis points to the NS whereas the fold on the tub brackets is towards the OS.

Well thats a relief rear cross member to body is similar measurement especially if i can get body forward by 20 mm or so although the cross member brackets my local dealer have supplied are too shallow an angle and not long enough will photograph tomorrow
Thanks for you help will try and battle it out with dealers, have you guys any parts dealers or specialists you can recommend that know whats what when it come to 130s ? Cheers  |

This appears to be a no brainer, but the rear x member bracket i have been supplied by dealer appears to be shorter and less of an angle, than brackets shown in AndrewS previous pictures.
As far as my local dealer are concerned ony one set of brackets is available for hi cap ? (This the case for front will double check rear brackets with them) Click image to enlarge |
