I think the discomfort is more to do with me and my injured back than the Defender. I was up on the moors when I did it and then had to bike back 15 miles to the motor. Not recommended, v painful.

I've had a look at the Mudrails/bulkhead removal bar. Definately an option if the problem lingers once the chiropractor's sorted me out.

Sorry, no photo's of the 90 yet. Next dumb question is "how do I post photo's?"

And I've just tried to take a photo of my back but it looked like a straggly-bearded Cyclops with bags under his eye so I've deleted it.
