Yes the new engine uses a spin on filter. I’m hoping the type Land Rover use for the 2.2 will be OK for my 2.4. Is there any reason this may not be the case? |

There is only one type of spin on metal filter listed so that should be it. I use Mahle filters and there is a Mahle spin on type listed on the advanced Factor site. https://www.advancedfactors.co.uk/lr104384...8843-p.asp
