Just plastic but if you are clever and patient you can get some great results. I chop and change my ideas for the badges so this cost me 25p to make and I can always try another design down the line. Andy

Falon needed £300 for the badges and went completed silent Confused . These will have cost me £1.50 each so worth the effort I think. Might clear coat them but not sure yet. Andy

Main part is just a satin aluminium spray and then liner paint for the inlays. The difference in the texture helps give the appearance of a casting and then machined plate. Andy

3 parts in the assembly, front intake surround in alloy finish, then the rear plastic piece will pass thru the inner wing to meet the filter. Some black matching mesh just to stop a bird making a nest!

Fitted the brushed stainless Entreq sill covers today.
