Thanks for all of your help.
It is leaking from the fuel temperature sender. I’ve tried to tighten it but it is right so assume I need to replace the unit or just the washer. Can you buy the washer on it’s own? Is it likely that this leak is causing a pressure drop and stopping the engine starting? If I replace the sender with the fuel system need bleeding? Thanks again |

Had another looks and tried to tighten the two Alan bolts next to the VCV. They were not nipped up. I have tightened them a bit and retried to start. No leak. It must have been running down onto the fuel temp sender. I need to try and tighten more (longer Alan keys?).
However still not starting - could that be air in the system or still need to tighten the bolts? How do you bleed if air in? |

8nm - that’s not very tight. No surprise they came loose. It’s good they don’t have to be too tight as they’re a pig to access.
That bleeding doesn’t look straight forward unfortunately 😬 |

Got it started however still leaking.
Is it possible to buy just a replacement gasket and o ring for the fuel vapour valve - ie not the whole unit? I’ve done a search but can’t find the separate parts. Thanks |
