I was also fearful of doing it to be honest. I’ve only had the truck less than a month, and then pumped a load of money into buying the panels and having them sprayed. But, to be honest it was easy. Just take your time and be methodical about it. Fitting ones with windows would be easier than the other way (which I did) as you can look through glass and see what’s going on inside. I was blind as to what the brackets were doing.

If you cannot afford New panels, the panels from a series 88" hardtop or station wagon are the same size. I have a pair from a series 2 fitted to my 1984 CSW. Fitted them about 20 years ago. |
